Omigaman’s enterprise solution consists of an innovative contact, communication and collaboration management system called Powow which encompasses all internal and external methods of communication. At its core, Powow can manage internal conversations in the form of system messages, reminders, appointments, personal memos and even its own secure Instant Messaging Chat facility.

External conversations are fully automated to enable the user to initiate phone conversations (via Skype); send Faxes or SMS text messages (via bureaux services); produce formatted letters and exchange ‘guided-emails’. Powow’s unique guided-email facility will automatically file outgoing and incoming emails against the relevant contact or project whilst dealing with the problems of misdirected messages, viruses, spam and sensitive attachments. We have even developed a twitter interface for people who rely on direct tweets.
